CAliS Research Infrastructure

CALIS is a distributed thematic research infrastructure that structures access to facilities dedicated to studying the interactions between food, health, and sustainability. It brings together complementary expertise to support ambitious transdisciplinary research, from methodological development to clinical studies.

Organized around three hubs — Consumer, Food, and Health — CALIS fosters synergies between platforms, data sharing, and the development of common tools. This dynamic improves resource efficiency and facilitates collective responses to calls for projects.

By mobilizing cutting-edge scientific and technological resources, CALIS supports food innovation and the assessment of its impacts on health, in connection with major transition challenges and national and European priorities.
